Community Guidelines
These Guidelines apply across profiles, messages, photos, stories, communities, rooms, events, live interactions, and marketplace activity.
Purpose and Platform Role
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PulseVibe provides an interactive technology platform. Users independently create profiles, messages, posts, photos, videos, comments, events, communities, live content, marketplace content, and other user content.
PulseVibe does not become the author, speaker, sponsor, or guarantor of user content merely by hosting, displaying, recommending, filtering, ranking, or moderating it. This provision does not apply to content created directly by PulseVibe itself.
Users are solely responsible for their own content, representations, decisions, conduct, and communications.
PulseVibe may moderate, restrict, remove, preserve, or disclose content as permitted by its policies and applicable law. Moderation does not create a duty to monitor every account or communication.
Hosting, recommending, filtering, or moderating user content does not make PulseVibe its author, speaker, sponsor, or guarantor. Moderation cannot guarantee prevention of all harmful conduct.
Respect, Consent, and Boundaries
- Respect names, pronouns, identities, boundaries, rejection, and consent.
- Stop contact when asked. Do not pressure anyone for sex, images, health information, money, identity documents, or an offline meeting.
- Do not out, shame, degrade, or retaliate against another person.
Harassment, Hate, Threats, and Violence
- No harassment, bullying, dogpiling, discriminatory abuse, slurs, dehumanization, or targeted humiliation.
- No threats, glorification of violence, weapons threats, intimidation, incitement, or support for dangerous organizations.
- No stalking, repeated unwanted contact, doxxing, surveillance, or misuse of location information.
Sexual Exploitation and Intimate Content
- No sexual exploitation, trafficking, commercial sexual exploitation, grooming, or facilitation of abuse.
- No non-consensual intimate imagery, secret recording, sextortion, sexual blackmail, or threats to distribute intimate material.
- No unsolicited sexual content or conduct that violates another person’s consent.
Minors
PulseVibe is 18+ only. Content sexualizing minors, grooming, exploitation, or attempts to facilitate contact with minors are prohibited and may be preserved and reported as required by law.
Authenticity, Fraud, and Platform Integrity
- No impersonation, stolen photos, deceptive identity claims, romance scams, phishing, financial manipulation, spam, or unlawful solicitation.
- No bots, scraping, fake engagement, coordinated manipulation, ban evasion, compromised accounts, or abuse of reporting systems.
- Knowingly false reports and retaliation for good-faith reports are prohibited.
Privacy, Copyright, and Illegal Activity
- No privacy violations, outing, unauthorized sharing of messages or intimate content, or collection of another person’s sensitive information without permission.
- No copyright infringement, illegal goods or services, unlawful drugs, trafficking, malware, or other criminal activity.
- Graphic violence and self-harm content may be restricted based on context and risk; do not encourage or instruct self-harm.
Events, Communities, Live Features, and Marketplace
- Organizers and administrators must use accurate descriptions, fair rules, lawful venues, and appropriate safety planning.
- No discriminatory event access, dangerous challenges, hidden commercial activity, abusive live content, deceptive partner offers, counterfeit goods, or off-platform payment scams.
- A listing, recommendation, badge, or admin tool does not make PulseVibe the sponsor or guarantor of a user, event, community, or offer.
Enforcement and Appeals
Moderation decisions may consider context, severity, credibility, immediacy, pattern, account history, and risk. Actions may include content removal, warning, feature restriction, suspension, termination, evidence preservation, or legally required referral.
Where available, appeals should provide relevant context through safety@pulsevibe.org. An appeal does not guarantee reversal.
Reporting and Emergencies
Use in-app Report and Block tools. We review reports and take appropriate action; we do not promise immediate review or a specific outcome. For non-emergency concerns, contact safety@pulsevibe.org.
PulseVibe is not an emergency service. If anyone faces immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Preserve relevant evidence only when safe to do so.
